Kern announces new inserting technology with demonstration of the Ai-Class

Grove City, Ohio - Kern, a global leader in high-speed, end-to-end production mail solutions is pleased to announce today the demonstration of the next generation of inserting technology, the Kern Ai-Class of inserting systems. 

The Kern Ai-Class utilizes advanced electronics and high speed system communications to drive an intelligent, automated mail inserting system that produces up to 33,000 mailpieces per hour.  The Ai-Class of inserting systems is designed to give mailers a quick return on investment by delivering lower cost per mailpiece enabled with the unprecedented speed and production intelligence to make operators more productive. 

The first public demonstration of the Kern Ai-Class is at Graph Expo 2010 in Chicago, Illinois from October 3rd – 6th.  Exhibiting a direct mail model, The Kern Ai-33Direct will be featured in a technology demonstration highlighting the advancements in speed, document control, integrity, and operation efficiencies.
