Wake Forest, N.C. - Southern Lithoplate, Inc. completed its acquisition of Konica Minolta Graphic Imaging, Inc.'s offset printing plate business effective October 1 as previously announced. The acquisition covered Konica's North American digital and conventional plate business, including the American Litho, Inc. subsidiary located in Grand Rapids, Mich.
