Printable Technologies announces record sales of FusionPro VDP

Press release from the issuing company

Solana Beach, CA - Printable Technologies Inc., a leading provider of software as a service (SaaS) web-to-print and marketing personalization solutions, announced today that the release of the new FusionPro VDP 7.0 Suite has produced record sales during the third quarter of 2010. Additionally, Printable announced the release of the FusionPro VDP 7.1 Suite in concurrence with GRAPHEXPO 2010 exhibition and conference.

Record sales for the FusionPro VDP 7.0 Suite were fueled by many robust new features including integrated image personalization, QR barcode support, and the ability to configure complex subset finishing options. Printable reports that the integration with FusionPro Expression, providing users the ability to create and compose personalized images directly with a desktop computer, was the most compelling new feature that drove much of the recent sales. The new FusionPro VDP 7.1 Suite release includes the support of Creative Suite 5 (CS5) applications including InDesign and Acrobat 9 Pro.

"The interest and sales for our 7.0 suite was beyond our expectations" said Coleman Kane, President and CEO of Printable Technologies, "It reveals that the demand for VDP technology is strong and that users continue to need and want new capabilities that enhance their own offering. The feature set in the FusionPro VDP 7.0 Suite is extraordinarily rich and we are committed to keeping our price point well below competitive products. New development and improvements will continue to be driven by our customer base which has just topped 16,000."

The FusionPro VDP 7.1 Suite is supported directly within MarcomCentral, Printable's premiere web-to-print solution. The 7.1 release is available for download to 7.0 users at no additional charge. Owners of previous versions, 5.x and 6.x, can upgrade at a discounted rate. The entire FusionPro product line includes variable data publishing products, personal URL solutions, and personalized imagery solutions starting at $799.
