INX to help transition with EVOLVE Advanced Digital Solutions at Graph Expo

Press release from the issuing company

Schaumburg, IL – When it comes to providing a total solution for the digital market, INX Digital International has the answers.  The leading manufacturer previewed several new technological platforms a year ago at Print '09 that generated much interest and plenty of important feedback.  With Graph Expo opening a four-day run this Sunday through October 6 at McCormick Place, the digital partner of INX International will shine the spotlight on EVOLVE Advanced Digital Solutions in booth #2512.

"We are extremely proud of our EVOLVE business, which is very unique.  It remains a work in progress, so we can adapt to the ever-changing needs of the customer," said Willis Reese, Director of New Business Development for INX Digital International.  "The EVOLVE business strategy is enabling those companies who want to go digital, but don't know where to start the process.  This is especially true for the industrial market.  Many printers understand they must either start a digital program, or realize their current traditional business needs will need to switch to digital in order to keep up with the trends and best offerings in the marketplace."

The CP100 UV digital can printer headlines the EVOLVE Advanced Digital Solutions line and is one element that will be featured at Graph Expo.  Designed for short-run cylindrical printing and packaging work, a prototype was previewed a year ago.  The CP100 now produces brilliantly printed items such as aluminum cans and water bottles in only minutes.  The cost effectiveness of this printer makes it intriguing for any commercial or package printer to develop specialized packaging and create a new revenue stream.

"What Graph Expo visitors can expect from the CP100 is a patented technology that no one else has," said Jim Lambert, Vice President – Digital Division, of INX International Ink Co.  "We had a great response from people last year and made some minor adjustments to the printer based on what we learned.  The CP100 decorates 2-piece metal cans, it overprints and over varnishes and fabricates well.  At the show, we will be printing on deep drawn, impact extruded 1-piece metal reusable water bottles.  Anyone who visits the booth will realize the terrific value it offers for short run solutions."

The CP100 digital printer is just one key item of integrated systems technology platforms developed by INX Digital to provide customer-driven solutions for inkjet printing, production workflows and material handling.  Other unique EVOLVE products include the MD660 UV digital flatbed printer and NW100 UV narrow web printer.  The brand also features high performance ink and coating solutions for virtually every type of digital printer and print-head technology for printing on vinyl, paper, corrugated, plastic, fabric, glass, metal and other exotic substrates.

"INX Digital is leading the digital market when it comes to providing a total solution," Reese concluded.  "EVOLVE allows the print customer to explore our chemistry and equipment capabilities to determine what's best for their business.  In many cases, EVOLVE winds up providing the chemistry and a print engine that has been modified to fit an existing traditional printer.  The bottom line strategy is that we are helping customers to see how their current business can go digital without huge expenses involved."
