Client Feedback
"PrintSmith is a great program, but occasionally you run into situation (usually when the customer is standing in front of you). David Ashkenaz, PrintSmith consultant, will fix your situation while you are on the phone (so your customer doesn't even know there was a situation)!" says Ralph Dunavant, Owner/Operator, American Printing & Paper Products, Inc. (Manassas, VA).

Leslie Taylor, Director of Visual Communications at Lake Forest College (Lake Forest, IL) states "David is a wonderful resource and he is key to our success with PrintSmith. Being highly recommended from others working in college and universities in-plant setting, he is known as 'the PrintSmith resource'. If you're going to purchase PrintSmith, no question you want David to help set-up and for training. What is great about David, is that he is available when I call to answer my questions and believe me I call David with plenty of questions. He was here for a week for set-up and training, and in the time since then he has been available to answer the questions which arise now that we are working with PrintSmith on a daily basis. He has never made me feel uncomfortable, even when I call him 3 times a day, and always responds quickly with exactly what we need."

Availability
As a former owner, Ashkenaz knows that all printers are busy, and as a result, he is always available around the clients schedule -- be it Saturday, Sunday or holidays, Ashkenaz will work with the client. Ashkenaz can be reached at 954-977-7811 or by email at: [email protected]. He is always eagerly waiting to help his next client maximize PrintSmith's features, and also to have new clients take advantage of PUSH.
