Softprint: A holding company for Colorcentric Corporation and Printernet, Inc.

John Lacagnina, founder, President and CEO of ColorCentric Corporation, today announced, SoftPrint, a holding company with two wholly-owned subsidiaries, ColorCentric Corporation and prInternet  Inc.

ColorCentric Corporation, in operation since 2003, is an industry leader in the print and fulfillment of content for the digital book publishing and photo album markets, two of the fastest growing market segments in the printing industry today. ColorCentric Corporation is the most productive, lowest cost producer in these markets. ColorCentric, through its patented Digital Print Operating System(DPOS),has empowered the publishing and photo album industries to transition seamlessly to a one-off manufacturing model.  ColorCentric has the broadest product portfolio in these markets, with over 300+ unique  products in its catalog.

PrInternet, Inc., initiating operations this year, is focused on manufacturing and delivering content globally, enabling their customers  to grow their revenues and profits by  monetizing their content in the world market. To do this, prInternet licenses its software to printers and publishers worldwide. PrInternet's mission statement is "warranted global delivery" of documents, meaning that prInternet, Inc., will warrant that it will deliver documents globally, either hard copy or electronic, and meet all service level agreements (SLA's), including matching colors. PrInternet Inc., has begun implementation of "warranted global delivery" with the signing of prInternet partners in a number of countries.

John Lacagnina will serve as President & CEO of SoftPrint.
