Schawk, Inc. acquires boutique digital agency in London

Des Plaines, IL, - Schawk, Inc., a leading provider of brand point management services, enabling companies of all sizes to connect their brands with consumers to create deeper brand affinity, announced today that it has expanded its digital marketing services by acquiring the boutique digital agency Untitled London Limited, which is based in London, United Kingdom.

President and Chief Executive Officer David A. Schawk commented, "With the acquisition of Untitled London Limited, we will be able to offer our clients a broader array of digital marketing services, enabling them to integrate their digital marketing programs more holistically with the balance of their marketing activities. Untitled London Limited, with annual revenues of approximately $0.7 million, provides strategic, creative and technical services for digital marketing across web, mobile and social touch points.
