The Print Council announces its annual meeting to be held at Graph Expo

Washington, DC – The Print Council announced that its annual membership and general information meeting will be held on October 5th from 11:30 to 12:30 PM in Room S 502A at McCormick Place in conjunction with Graph Expo. All supporters of The Print Council and interested parties are encouraged to attend.
Among the issues to be discussed and presented at this annual meeting are the current financial status of the Council as well as current and future programs.
Among the programs that will be featured are:
- The very successful Print Delivers seminar series which, in its first year, has been presented in six cities to more than 700 media and marketing specifiers. Plans are underway for two events in November 2010 and additional presentations next year.
- An update on the status of Print in the Mix, the print market research clearinghouse on the value of print managed by the Printing Industry Center at RIT, and entirely supported with a grant from The Print Council.
- The Unisource $100,000 Challenge Grant to The Print Council. To date, the following companies have participated in the grant: NewPage, Hewlett Packard, Neenah Paper, PrintingforLess.com, MSP Digital Marketing LLC, Think Patented, CRW Graphics, PennLitho, Dome Printing, HBP Inc, Suttle-Straus Inc, Appleton Coated, Canvas Magazine, and AIPPM.
In addition, The Print Council will release its newest collateral, Yes Print! Each edition will highlight specific print-related topics with applicable research and case studies. Twelve topics will be covered, including Integrated Marketing; SMS; Measurement, ROI, and Accountability; Chain of Custody. Three flyers will be released during Graph Expo with additional flyers each quarter thereafter.
