BCC Software to present at National PCC Day

Press release from the issuing company

Rochester, NY - BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and a leading developer of postal and data quality technology solutions that optimize client communications, will be participating in two separate National PCC Day events on September 15, 2010.

BCC President Chris Lien will be presenting "The 3C Approach to Address Quality" at the Lakeland District PCC event in Oshkosh, WI. He will discuss best practices for keeping addresses complete, correct, and current within a company's customer and prospect database. These practices ensure timely, predictable, ultimately deliverable mail and maximize USPS work sharing discount potential.

BCC Director of Product Management Paula Stoskopf will be presenting "Secrets of Postal Success" at the Capital Region PCC event in Albany, NY, with co-presenter Ellie Alexander, Corporate Vice President of Newkirk Products. They will share tips and step-by-step action items to secure better address quality. Ways to leverage the USPS National Customer Support Center will be discussed as well.

The Postal Customer Council (PCC) – a group dedicated to improving the communication and cooperation between the Postal Service and business mailers – holds this event in multiple U.S. cities every year.  Each event location features educational sessions and presentations to update professional mailers on the status of the industry and includes a live address from USPS Postmaster General and CEO John Potter.
