National Carton selects EFI Radius Enterprise Software to improve efficiency and increase capacity

Press release from the issuing company

Foster City, California  - EFI, a world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today announced that National Carton & Coating Company, a full-service box and packaging manufacturer in operation for 30 years, has chosen the EFI Radius solution to streamline processes, modernize workflow and centralize data.

Located near Dayton, Ohio, National Carton serves customers across the United States and Canada ranging from small, privately owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies in industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, hardware and bakery. The company was eager to update their system capabilities in an effort to better serve customers and grow the business.

"EFI Radius is the best solution for us to implement, since it's very flexible and is tailored to our particular product niche," said Edward Kapfhammer, director of finance at National Carton. "That is huge – we don't have to force fit the system to meet our specific needs, and because of that, we expect to realize greater efficiencies."

While implementation is just beginning, Kapfhammer expects the MIS/ERP software to enable the business to become much more streamlined, resulting in an overall increase in capacity. "Radius will change the way we do business, allowing us to offer value-added enhancements and increased throughput for our customers. Features like inventory management and shop floor data collection will enable us to make better decisions, in more of a real-time fashion," he explained. "From the shop floor to the CEO's office, Radius will really change the entire company, and we're excited to get the system in place."

"EFI is proud to offer products that address customers' pain points and increase their overall efficiencies, and ultimately their profitability," said David Taylor, general manager of EFI Radius. "We are pleased to be working alongside National Carton as they take this important step in transforming their business."
