Two Washington institutions join forces to become major communications provider

Hagerstown, Maryland - HBP, Inc., a Maryland based communications and print provider announced that they have acquired Balmar Printing.   Balmar will be a wholly owned subsidiary of HBP, Inc.

HBP, in business for over 100 years, provides communication tools through a wide array of integrated technology solutions, printing services and customized fulfillment operations.  Balmar brings its 50 years of complementary services, solutions and exemplary team to HBP.  Both organizations realize that the landscape is changing and customers need a wide variety of solutions and services.

Jim Morgan, President of Balmar stated "The opportunities we can provide our clients based on our combined service offering will take us to a new level.  We know our customers will now have access to even more solutions and support."    Jim will continue to work out of the Falls Church location as the President of Balmar. 

HBP and Balmar's combined resources will help reinforce and manage their customer's brands through a robust product and service offering.  This union will create one of the largest independently owned printers in the mid-Atlantic area.
