Imaging Technologies Launches ColorBlind Matchbox v5.0 for Windows

ColorBlind Matchbox v5.0 is an all-in-one ICC compatible color matching solution for the PC. The software is a tool for creating profiles for color consistence for any color device using International Color Consortium (ICC) standards. A colorimeter (a $250 value) is provided for creating printer profiles, profile editing, spot color calibration, and image proofing. Users are provided all the tools needed for creating and maintaining ICC profiles in one package. Matchbox also includes the latest version of ColorBlind ProveIt! The most requested function of ICC based color management is to get a monitor to simulate what prints. ColorBlind ProveIt! calibrates and profiles both LCD and CRT color monitors to provide the connection needed to accurately view the color in the file. The new Matchbox release also includes support for the latest Spectrocam and Eye One versions for printer profiles and Gamma 4 for display profiles. "Edit" can also provide a soft proof by assigning a destination profile so the monitor will display what the image will look like when printed to the selected output device. ColorBlind ELITE is an all-in-one color matching system.
