PDAA Zone unites imagers with installers at 2010 SGIA Expo

Fairfax, Virginia - The PDAA Graphics Application Zone connects the best installers with graphic imagers at the 2010 SGIA Expo (Las Vegas, October 13-15). Live demonstrations will showcase the newest and most innovative techniques in the installation industry.   

"The PDAA Graphics Application Zone is able to present a learning experience unlike any other," said Dan Marx, SGIA's Vice President of Markets and Technologies. "Master Certified Installers will meet and network with graphic imagers as they highlight new developments in the graphic installation industry."   

The Zone will feature interactive vinyl installations on a variety of objects and surfaces that go beyond vehicle wraps, including: Tables, rough surfaces, glass, concrete, walls and more. While you're there, you can try your hand at installation under the supervision of PDAA-certified professionals.    

Essential printed materials for installation demonstrations will be provided by this year's five Zone sponsors: 3M Graphics Market Center, Avery Dennison Graphics & Reflective Products Division, FLEXcon, Hewlett Packard Company and MACtac, with additional support from Clear Focus Imaging. Each sponsor will offer one sales-free, company-narrated installation demonstration every day of the Expo.    

The Expo also will offer four additional Expert Advice Zones for the graphic, garment and industrial communities:   
-Digital Apparel Production Zone   
-Industrial Application Zone   
-DSA Digital Signage Zone  
-Screen Printed Apparel Training Zone
