San Jose, Calif. - iVdopia, the largest video and rich media mobile advertising network, today announced that Jeffrey Hayzlett, former Vice President and CMO of Eastman Kodak, award-winning B2B marketing guru and author of the bestseller "The Mirror Test: Is Your Business Really Breathing?" has joined the company's advisory board.

Drawing upon his diverse background in business, superb media skills and a stellar track record of result-orientated leadership skills, Hayzlett will apply his role as a change agent for iVdopia.  Acknowledged by Advertising Age as one of the top ten C-level executive Twitterers in the world, "The Celebrity CMO" by Forbes magazine, Top 10 B2B Marketer of the Year by BtoB magazine in 2009 and a "new style of CMO," Hayzlett is a turnaround architect of the highest order. Additionally, he is also known as a maverick marketer who embraces traditional modes of customer engagement and possesses a remarkable cachet of mentorship, corporate governance and brand building.

On taking up his role as a strategic advisor to the largest video and rich media mobile advertising network, Jeffrey Hayzlett commented, "As a social media and marketing evangelist, I was very impressed by iVdopia's pioneering work and exemplary achievements in the mobile advertising industry, providing 'first to market' mobile ad opportunities for leading brand advertisers and publishers. iVdopia's products are a perfect blend of the latest in technological innovation and those that meet the advertising industry needs. I'm honored to take up this role as their strategic advisor, at a point where iVdopia is poised for tremendous growth in exploiting a tremendous opportunity within mobile advertising in the U.S. and APAC regions."

"We are extremely delighted to have on board one of the world's most sought after marketing visionaries and strategic advisors as part of iVdopia's mentoring team. Jeffrey undoubtedly brings a tremendous amount of marketing, brand building, business development and advanced leadership experience to our organization," said Saurabh Bhatia, Chief Business Officer. "With Jeff playing a key role in our strategic development, we look forward to his guidance during iVdopia's next growth phase in furthering its aggressive developments within the mobile advertising industry."

As Kodak's CMO, Hayzlett revitalized one of the world's most iconic brands and is renowned since then as a turnaround architect of the highest order, transforming B2B marketing to take advantage of emerging opportunities and adopt social media aggressively. He is also a much sought-after speaker and winner of numerous marketing honors and business awards. Author of the bestselling book "The Mirror Test", Hayzlett has been cited as a leading marketing expert in numerous books, magazines and newspapers worldwide and is a frequent television guest and commentator, having appeared on shows including CNBC's The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, Fox Business News and NBC's Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump.

iVdopia has been at the forefront of mobile advertising innovation since its inception in March 2009. The company introduced the first mobile ads that let users stay within the application, more than a year before the iAd was scheduled to make that feature available. iVdopia also introduced the first social media ads for mobile with Talk2Me; the first HD advertisements on the iPad; and the Viper Ads, which delivered a new level of user engagement. Most recently, the company introduced V5, the world's first HTML5 video ad platform, and Future5, the first HTML5 ad-authoring solution available for all iOS devices.
