WHEELING, Ill. - BOWE BELL + HOWELL (BBH) today announced that it has hired Dean Warner and Tim Wright to drive business development efforts for the company's secure card-processing services. Warner has been named vice president of Cards Business Development, and Wright, director of Cards Business Development.

"Both Dean and Tim are well regarded in the card industry," said John Tarascio, BBH chief operating officer. "We greatly increase our knowledge and expertise as a result, which leads to better customer consulting, better products, and services more tuned to the needs of the market."

Warner most recently served as vice president of manufacturing and supply chain management for L1, a leading supplier of secure identity solutions. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of operations for Oberthur Card Systems, the world's leading producer of secure payment cards and leading provider of chip cards and card issuance. He is a longstanding board member of the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA), and will serve as vice president of the board in 2011.

Wright served as ABnote NA's vice president of business development, and as INcard's senior vice president for Global Sales. In his 20-plus-year career in the card industry, he has established a reputation for successful and rapid sales growth. He holds a Master of Law degree and has extensive experience in international business development. Wright is also a former board member of the ICMA, and continues to be an active and engaged member.

BBH will offer its card-processing services in a separate, sealed area within the BBH Business Continuity and Production Services facilities located in Bethlehem, Pa. These facilities have achieved numerous industry and security certifications, including ISO 9001:4001, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and SAS 70 Certification.
