MSP Digital Marketing establishes new facility in NJ

Press release from the issuing company

New Canaan, CT - MSP Digital Marketing, LLC, has announced the start up of a new state of the art digital communications facility in Rockaway Township, NJ. The new company will incorporate significant key assets of the former DigitalXPress LLC and will immediately be one of the metropolitan NY/NJ area’s foremost providers of sophisticated cross-media digital marketing solutions. Occupying 25,000 square feet of office, manufacturing and warehouse space, MSP will operate the new company under the DigitalXPress banner. DigitalXPress will utilize the latest digital technology combined with strategic consultation to provide customers with a wide variety of marketing communication options to significantly improve response rates and ROI. Multi-channel communications products and services include: digital print, e-mail, PURL’s, social media, direct marketing, web-to-print, collateral management, distribution and mailing, and technical and training document solutions.

According to Roy Grossman, founding partner of MSP Digital, “When we laid the foundation for building a national network of world-class marketing solutions providers, we knew that establishing a strong and meaningful presence in the metro area would be a major component of our success. During MSP’s first year of operation we focused on continuing the success of Tec Doc Digital, our initial acquisition located in the Boston area, as a dynamic and vibrant organization. With TDD being firmly posed for long-term growth, we have spent the past several months working to expand MSP’s network in the metro NY region. In fact, this is phase two of a multiphased program. These two facilities will have a very broad array of capabilities and equipment, but more importantly, will share a common work flow, which will be common to all future facilities as well.”

DigitalXPress opens its doors with a dynamic and seasoned team of executives. Jonathan Fogel, one of the MSP partners who will lead the company, stated, “While we approached our NJ operation from the standpoint of establishing a new entity, we recognized the opportunity to leverage the brand equity that DigitalXPress had developed over the years. David Marfiewicz and Jeff Jones, who built DigitalXPress, have joined our senior management group and will be critical components to the future success of the new business. Also joining the senior management group is Bob Logan who has been one of the pioneers of the digital printing business. As the founder and president of TBC Digital Imaging, long recognized as one of the first premiere digital printing organizations in the metro area, Bob served as its sales and creative leader until he sold the company three years ago. This group, in tandem with MSP’s national network of sales representatives will be extremely well positioned to serve our clients’ diverse communications requirements.

“In addition, while the long-term success of MSP will be the result of our strategic approach to delivering crossmedia solutions that are truly media-agnostic, we are very mindful of the fact that we need to provide our clients with a common workflow that will result in consistent output throughout our entire network. Our two facilities will offer a robust array of digital engines, including: Indigo, iGen and Docutech digital presses, Presstek hybrid digital technology and Oce grand format digital output.”

The new facility is located at 200 Forge Way in Rockaway Township, NJ.
