Wheaton, IL - Aleyant Systems, a provider of advanced web-based platforms for the graphic communications industry, announces the appointment of Steve Ciesemier to its sales team. Ciesemier brings to Aleyant more than 15 years of experience in web-based, workflow solutions for the printing industry. In his new role, Ciesemier will be responsible for expanding Aleyant's customer base for value-priced web-to-print and variable data printing technologies. In addition, Aleyant has expanded its customer support staff with Maria English, who will respond to customer inquiries, write documentation, and create training videos.

Before joining Aleyant, Ciesemier served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at PagePath Technologies Inc. where he executed marketing, sales, and customer support activities. In 1995, Ciesemier helped to pioneer an online ordering and file transfer software solution for print shops. He was also instrumental in the development of an award-winning print driver for auto-creation, file transfer, and proofing of print-ready files for the Web.
