Trekk Partners share one-to-one strategies with marketers down under

Rockford, IL - Trekk Cross-Media Partners MJ Anderson and Laura Terry just returned from a week-long trip to Melbourne, Australia.

The two were guest speakers at the "Future Directions" seminar hosted by On-Demand, Australia's largest digital printer. Invited to share their insight into new marketing technologies, Anderson and Terry spoke to marketers about personalized cross-media programs and incorporating social media into marketing programs. Along with their presentation, attendees heard from Simon Wheeler, managing director of Océ Australia and Roy Eitan, Imaging & Printing Manager at HP Asia Pacific, who talked about print as part of the new communication media.

During their stay in Australia, Anderson and Terry also met with agencies across the region, which are just beginning to experiment with variable data print and personalized URLs. In addition to sharing their expertise with these types of programs, the Trekk partners provided insight into newer marketing technologies such as QR codes and augmented reality.
