Press release from the issuing company

Fairfax, Virginia - On top of showcasing the broadest range of innovative technology and new applications, the 2010 SGIA Expo (Las Vegas, October 13-15) offers crucial networking opportunities for the diverse specialty imaging community.

"A company's success depends a lot on what you know, but also who you know," said Michael Robertson, SGIA's President and CEO. "The 2010 SGIA Expo is the ideal place to network and build significant business relationships."

Attendees can take advantage of SGIA's community-building receptions on Wednesday, October 13 (5:00-6:00 pm) for the core sectors of the specialty imaging industry. These five receptions are a great opportunity to talk with industry peers and build business connections:
- PDAA Community
- Latin American Community
- Garment Decoration Community, sponsored by Kornit
- Canadian Community
- Printed Electronics Community

The Expo also brings imagers together at the Keynote Breakfast on Thursday, October 14 (8:30-10:00 am) to hear award-winning speaker and bestselling author Orvel Ray Wilson, CSP, present "Upsell! - How to Expand Your Value to Sell at Higher Prices." Wilson will discuss how to create an advantage by selling at prices higher than your competition and why customers will gladly pay more for your business.

Finish off the evening with SGIA's popular Thursday Night Dinner Party (6:30-10:00 pm), where you can unfocus and unwind in style over cocktails, dinner and dessert. Connect with industry colleagues, customers and suppliers after the trade show floor closes for the day.
