Focusing on the theme, "Modern Marketing: From Design to Print to Pixels," the 5th Annual Print & Media Conference will demonstrate how to bridge the gap between print and new media for maximum benefit to your career and your company. Keynote speakers will include award-winning graphic designer and creative visionary Daniel Dejan of Sappi Fine Paper; print industry economist and forecaster Dr. Joe Webb; and printing/publishing industry iconoclast and Precision Media Group founder Bob "BoSacks" Sacks.

Expert thinkers and doers from the worlds of print, graphic design and marketing will lead one-of-a-kind workshops about issues shaping the lives and careers of today's communications professionals, such as:

Adding to the strength of the program are the two half-day Boot Camps led by Romano and Dana on Tuesday, November 2nd. The Boot Camp for Print Designers! will teach newer graphic designers how to prepare files for commercial and digital printers and examine the role of print in the digital age. Boot Camp for Print Reps! will give print reps, CSRs and print executives the inside line on the real-world questions and concerns of print buyers today. Rounding out the program will be Sponsor Spotlight sessions during which Conference sponsors will describe the latest print industry advances.

Marketing Services Manager Anne Anderson of Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix attended last year's Conference and is looking forward to returning in 2010. "I have to plan ahead on these things for budget reasons, and knowing detailed information about each breakout early on allows me to attend and budget the costs accordingly," she explains. "The strength of this program really sealed the deal for me."

Dana calls this year's program "very powerful and well-thought-out," and encourages people who buy print, design for print, or create marketing campaigns for print and new media to attend.

"We have expanded our Conference so that it will serve the needs of people with different skills and interests," she explains. "If you are a print buyer, graphic designer, or marketing professional, you will find career-changing knowledge, skills, and professional connections at the 5th Annual Print & Media Conference."
