Thermoboss: Thermographers can Kleen Up Their Act

Wednesday, September 10, 2003

Press release from the issuing company

(San Diego, California) - Thermoboss has developed a remarkable product to enable Thermographers to cleanly change out their powder with literally no effort. The breakthrough product that has made this possible is Thermoboss’ exclusive “Kleen-Aid”. Powder can be contaminated even after the hopper appears clean. But with Kleen-Aid, those powder residues have nowhere to hide. Just eight ounces of reusable Kleen-Aid cleans the hopper - truly hands free - from top to bottom, plus conditions it with slip additives and removes static. “Now it is easier to change the powder than the ink!” says Beverly Geister, sales and office manager. “Kleen Aid is really a must-have for any thermographers’ press room.” It is simple and effective, and generally requires only about five minutes from start to finish. Here is how it works: Empty the hopper and add a cup of reusable Kleen-Aid, then let run for five minutes. Empty the hopper and add new powder. That is it! Each batch of Kleen-Aid is reusable up to six times. Color changes have never been so easy, thorough, and quick! Less time spent in prep improves profit margins. Thermoboss has developed this and several other tools to assist thermographers in improving production speed and quality, including a complete selection of additives and a free, handy pocket guide. “Thermoboss is committed to providing more tools for the trade,” said Milton Meisner, VP, Director of Research and Development and creator of these and more products. “Why hinder the design and production process because of production issues? ‘Kleen up your act’ with Kleen Aid additive, keep your machine happy, and let the colors flow … use specialty powders with more freedom and ease, and bring out the best in thermography!”
