Maxson Automatic Machinery Company outfits its high speed precision sheeters that run multiple webs simultaneously with an overhead web carrier system that can be threaded from floor level, assures wrinkle free web flow into the cutter and avoids ‘web wander’.
The compact, low profile of the web carrier framework allows an Operator to safely and quickly thread the webs of up to 6 unwind positions from roll stand to web conditioning system.
Low inertia, chevron carrier rolls allow the webs to track consistently from the unwinding roll into the cutter without “wandering”, minimizing the amount of edge trim required when running multiple pile work.
