SGIA keynoter presents critical selling strategies for imagers at 2010 Expo

Fairfax, Virginia - Award-winning speaker and best-selling author Orvel Ray Wilson, CSP, will discuss his take-no-prisoners approach to sales, marketing and negotiation for the specialty imaging community at the 2010 SGIA Expo Keynote Breakfast (Las Vegas; October 14).   

In his Keynote address "Upsell! - How to Expand Your Value to Sell at Higher Prices," Wilson will demonstrate how to create a profitable advantage by selling at prices higher than your competition and how to add real value to your services. Attendees also will learn what to say when your customers ask for discounts and "31 Reasons" why customers will gladly pay more.   

"There are many reasons why customers will pay more to buy from a particular vendor," said Wilson. "Attendees will learn how to close more business at higher prices and better margins, while improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty."  

\Wilson also is presenting at SGIA's first-ever Pre-Expo Business Development Conference on October 12, 2010 (1:00-5:15 pm) - the day before the Expo opens. He opens the event with his session, "Guerrilla Selling: Seven Strategies to Double Your Business," which discusses the number one reason why customers choose to do business with you and a simple way to get above-average performance from all of your salespeople.   

Wilson is co-author of five books in the legendary Guerrilla Marketing series, and was recently voted one of the "TOP5 Sales Speakers in America."
