FetterGroup helps customers realize energy savings through onsite events

Press release from the issuing company

Louisville, KY - Throughout the week, FetterGroup is taking the message of energy management directly to their customers with onsite events to demonstrate the power of energy management in homes and offices.  FetterGroup has partnered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to bring the ENERGY STAR "Change the World" event to their customer's operations, featuring home and office energy saving tips and tactics along with live demonstrations of energy efficient products.

When asked about goals for the event, FetterGroup President and CEO, Terry Gill said, "As strategic partners we are always looking for opportunities to share innovative ideas with our customers.  The ENERGY STAR "Change the World" road show allows us to bring exciting energy saving ideas directly to our customers with onsite events.  The incremental savings we have seen since enacting our energy management program have allowed us to invest in new technology, bolster our infrastructure, and add to our talented workforce, which is a compelling message to deliver."

FetterGroup is holding the events throughout the next 7 days at the offices of Anthem and Brown-Forman in Louisville, KY, WellPoint in Indianapolis, IN, and Jim Beam in Bardstown, KY.  The events feature an impressive ENERGY STAR booth and interactive demonstrations including a watt meter that allows participants to feel the energy required to illuminate an incandescent versus CFL light bulbs.  Participants have the opportunity to pledge to "Change the World" by registering with the EPA to reduce their personal energy footprint.
