JohnsByrne Company appoints Steve Tily as Eastern Regional Account Manager

Niles, Illinois - JohnsByrne Company, a leading print and packaging solutions provider to the, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Financial, and Specialty markets is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Tily as the company's Vice President of East Coast Sales. Mr. Tily will manage a multi-state territory where he will lead the efforts to increase the company's national presence in the cosmetics and personal care packaging market. Mr. Tily brings to his position over 16 years of print packaging sales and project management experience with leading print packaging suppliers. In his most recent position as Sales Director, Mr. Tily was responsible for selling, maintaining and servicing high-end, specialty packaging accounts for new and existing customers. During this time he achieved impressive sales growth by delivering winning packaging solutions through a highly consultative and collaborative process that integrated his client's objectives and budget with highly effective, customized packaging solutions.
Mr. Tily will be based in JohnsByrne's New Jersey office and report directly to Corey Gustafson, President/CEO of JohnsByrne Company. "We are thrilled to have Steve on board to further serve our customers in the east coast market. Steve's strong background in delivering creative solutions to the luxury packaging industry and his ability to provide long term, profitable growth through innovative client solutions in this vertical will be a critical requirement in his new position. Steve's insightful market knowledge and long-standing relationships within the luxury packaging marketplace will be most beneficial in growing his business."
Mr. Tily is a graduate of the University of Delaware and holds several certificates including Sales Advantage at Dale Carnegie Training. He and his wife currently reside in Fairhaven, NJ and have two children.
