TouchPoint Alliance launches enterprise marketing and communications services

Press release from the issuing company

Palm Coast, FL - The 2010 Digital Marketing Days in New York City will provide the backdrop for TouchPoint Alliance to announce its formation and formally launch its services to the Enterprise Marketing and Communications industry. The TouchPoint Alliance Board of Directors and primary sponsors, Xerox and Broadridge, will be on hand to celebrate and share information about how TouchPoint Alliance will deliver on the promise of Customer intimacy for the Enterprise, the foundation on which the organization was built.

TouchPoint Alliance is a 501(c)6 organization with a membership of industry-leading companies that offer a set of diverse yet complementary capabilities. By combining member companies' capabilities, TouchPoint Alliance can offer mid-tier enterprise clients end-to-end marketing and communications solutions that increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

"Even as targeted communications have become increasingly important," said Howard Holley, TouchPoint Alliance Chairman and co-founder, "few complete product and service solutions have emerged to provide impactful, measureable, one-to-one results to mid-tier clients."  According to Holley, "TouchPoint Alliance has the end-to-end capabilities and proven strategies that will help build long-term loyalty between client companies and their customers."

Doug DeSchutter, (President Customer Communications, Broadridge), considers sponsorship of TouchPoint Alliance to be directly aligned with Broadridge's goals. "As a channel through which financial institutions, publicly held companies, and mutual funds communicate with their customers and stockholders, reaching customers in personal and relevant ways is a cornerstone of Broadridge's service set.  We're excited about the opportunity to team with the alliance and provide effective, efficient communications to the market.

According to Anoush Dowlatshahi-Gordon (Global Director & Vice President,  Communication Marketing Services, Xerox), "As an innovative  leader in  Enterprise Marketing Services, Xerox is truly excited about partnering  with the TouchPoint Alliance members and co-sponsors to better service clients' needs for customer intimacy, relevance and timeliness  on all outbound communication."

TouchPoint Alliance services will be marketed exclusively by The Holley Group, a sales and consulting firm that specializes in delivering customer intimacy strategies and solutions to enterprises in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance and Banking.  While member and sponsor recruitment is ongoing, current membership includes the following companies:
