Westvaco/Envelope Division apparent low bidder on GPO print contract

Chambersburg, PA – Westvaco/Envelope Division of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, is the apparent low bidder on U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) Program #0875-S, projected to be worth $428,520 annually.  

The program covers work to be purchased by GPO for the U. S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
