Strategy Development wins leadership award from MPSA

Press release from the issuing company

Bryn Mawr, PA - Strategy Development, a management consulting and advanced sales training firm, was recognized with the 2010 Managed Print Services Special Recognition Leadership Award for Education and Training at their recent conference.

Using a balanced scorecard methodology, the Managed Print Services Association (MPSA), based decisions on three areas: core criteria, MPS best practices and business benefits.  Vision, methodology, and adoption defined the core criteria.  MPS Best Practices took into account best practice stories, the targeted fit for the segment, as well as flexibility.  Lastly, business benefits were comprised of the benefits, ROI and continuous improvement capabilities within the segment.

For the Education & Training category, the MPSA was in search of a company that provides a highly comprehensive suite of services to develop a strategic plan that may include education, mentoring, and eLearning solution to help dealerships become successful in MPS.  The winner was Strategy Development.  Strategy Development has multiple levels of offerings to help dealers and resellers successfully enter the MPS space. The knowledge transfer is accomplished via a wide array of targeted workshops for business planning, sales, operations, and service; classroom settings as well as an eLearning format are available.  Additionally, Strategy Development provides consulting engagements to ensure client success in an ongoing basis.

According to Jim Fitzpatrick, President of the MPSA, "Strategy Development is a leader in the MPS industry, providing a highly comprehensive suite of training and education services that help dealerships develop their MPS strategy."

"We are honored to have been selected as a recipient for this award," said Tom Callinan, Managing Principal, Strategy Development.  Callinan went on to say, "To be formally and independently recognized by the MPSA for our cutting-edge training and consulting, compliments the accolades we receive from our clients.  It is extremely gratifying to know that the delivery of our collective experience is making a significant impact in the MPS space."
