Ultimate Technographics contributes to rebuilding efforts in Haiti

Montreal, Canada & Port-Au-Prince, Haiti - Ultimate Technographics Inc. today announced that it has donated $10,000 in Impostrip software products and services to its customers in Haiti, in contribution to helping rebuild the country, which was greatly affected by a catastrophic earthquake on January 12.

"When the recent earthquake struck Haiti, all of us at Ultimate and people all over Canada struck back almost immediately with a wave of donations, benefits and other efforts to help the country recover from this tremendous devastation." said Raymond Duval, Director of sales at Ultimate Technographics. "Most of my colleagues individually gave to various Haiti Reliefs Funds in the hours that followed the events. We, as a company wanted to help our Haitian customers in every possible ways. In such times, communication through newspaper is key in uniting people and gives hope. We have fantastic customers in Haiti and they can count on Impostrip and on Ultimate Technographics to assist with the right technology to automate and run their printing businesses in this difficult situation."

Based in Haiti, Le Nouvelliste has been producing newspapers for over 110 years and is the oldest newspaper of Haiti. They are using Impostrip Page Pairing to produce the daily newspaper.

Established in 1898, Imprimerie Henri Deschamps is the leading printing and paper group in Haiti. Chantal D. Guilliod, Executive Director, said "We are very touched by Ultimate Technographics' concern and support for us in Haiti since the earthquake. We have had major damage as you can imagine which are very costly. We thank you for your large contribution to both us and the Nouvelliste in Haiti".

Donations to help Haiti can be made to CECI or the Red Cross.
