Duomedia PR installs advisory board to support growth

Petit-Enghien - Duomedia PR is pleased to announce the establishment of an Advisory Board to support its ongoing growth. Johnny Kegels joins as external advisor, as well as René Delbar who is also appointed President of the Advisory Board. Anja D'Hondt and Jo De Pooter represent the Duomedia management.

René Delbar started his career at Agfa-Gevaert, moving later to Barco Graphics (now EskoArtwork) where he served as Business Unit Manager Packaging, Sr VP Marketing and Sr VP Business Development. He now works as Strategic Business Consultant for innovative  technology companies, and supports Duomedia clients with strategic advice and media training. "Knowing the Duomedia team for many years as a client and friend, I understand their value and strengths and have witnessed what they achieved for companies to increase visibility and brand awareness. I am very pleased to contribute to their further growth and success, both from the Advisory Board and as strategic consultant." comments René Delbar, President of the Advisory Board.

Johnny Kegels founded and managed the leading Belgian PR agency PR Force during nearly fifteen years, until it was acquired by Incepta (later incorporated into Huntsworth). He now runs his own investment company SGVO and as a business angel he advises companies like Trendwolves and El Horia.  "Duomedia has built a great customer base and developed a successful methodology specific to B2B technology companies. They currently hold a solid market position and have a unique European approach and offering.  It's exciting to support the team from a strategic and financial perspective in developing the great opportunities ahead." states Johnny Kegels, Advisory Board Member.

Developing new markets and regions
Duomedia's growth is fueled by 8 new PR retainer clients acquired since 2009, amongst them Kodak Europe, Punch Graphics, Ricoh Europe, X-Rite/Pantone and FINAT. These clients are active in B2B technology markets like printing and publishing, but also in other industries such as painting & coating, injection moulding, packaging and labeling, food & beverages and pharmaceutical. Duomedia is expanding its resources accordingly.
