Adeptol's CloudConnect signs over 1000 companies for cloud viewing service

Press release from the issuing company

Santa Clara, CA – Adeptol, a leader in cloud document viewing technology today announced that its on-demand CloudConnect viewing service has reached a major milestone with more than 1000 companies signing up for the service in less than a year since its launch. CloudConnect offers a new document viewing technology that allows companies to link documents stored on their own servers directly to Adeptol Viewer without the need to upload documents onto Adeptol servers.

Adeptol's CloudConnect brings elastic viewing concept to documents to allow progressive download of documents from the server while user views the content-a concept that's used for viewing online audios, videos and images.   CloudConnect supports viewing of more than 300 file formats at a high-speed mode, all from a single viewer. CloudConnect's elastic viewing technology not only saves on bandwidth costs for companies, but also offers a very intuitive experience for the end users.

"Adeptol CloudConnect provided us a cheaper and quickest way of going live with no investment in hardware or software. Our users can now view documents uploaded into our storage with no software's needed on client machines," Michael Cerda, CEO, ThreadBox.

"Adeptol CloudConnect not only offered high speed document viewing without worrying about additional hardware or software installation, but also allowed secure document viewing with support for more than 300 file formats. Best of all, we were up and running in minutes, not hours or days," says Ronald Mitchell, CEO, CareerCore Inc.

"We have been using Adeptol CloudConnect for few months now and are impressed with the document loading speed and number of formats supported," says Saeid Hirbodi, CEO, Orglow.

"We did a lot of research while looking for a viewer for our application and the no upload-direct link option of Adeptol CloudConnect really made it stand out," says Michael Houghton, CEO, Innosoft.

"We evaluated a number of server-based document viewers, but the ability to quickly and securely load large volumes of documents made Adeptol CloudConnect a good choice for us," says Jim Dowd, CEO, Docuvana, Inc.

"A lot of products are available in market today which will allow a user to upload documents to a server and then view them in an AJAX viewer. Unfortunately, none of them really offers a real-time viewing experience," said Prateek Kathpal, CEO Adeptol. "Adeptol's CloudConnect makes sure that users remain in control of their documents. Online service providers use CloudConnect to enable real time viewing experience to end users. There is no installation involved and providers can build a document sharing application in just few hours."
