Xanté announces iQueue Intelligent Color Workflow

Press release from the issuing company

Mobile, Alabama - Xanté is pleased to announce the availability of its FREE iQueue Intelligent Color Workflow, a multi-faceted content and production management solution. The technology will be on display in Xanté booth #945 at the ON DEMAND Expo, being held April 20 - 22, 2010 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

The iQueue Intelligent Color Workflow was designed to support Xanté Ilumina Digital Color Press users - including the new Ilumina series introduced last month - in small to mid-size print shops. The technology allows Ilumina users to take control of their customer's digital files, manage production schedules and deliver dramatically improved color and print quality.

Xanté CEO Robert Ross says, "We offer iQueue at no cost because it's good for the customer. We have found a way to give this highly sophisticated, feature-rich, cost and time-saving solution to customers without absorbing additional cost. It's a simple example of how the company operates on all fronts."

Key features
Several cost-cutting and efficient features of the iQueue Intelligent Color Workflow include spot color matching, unlimited screening control, independent CMYK control, full color management, flexible queue management, archiving and much better output quality, due to special screening technology.

iQueue also provides up to 25% savings on toner cost due to the special screening, making it an attractive companion to the Ilumina series.

The Job Ticket Editor gives Ilumina operators the option to select screening types / angles, dot shape, resolution, and brightness for individual jobs; or they can utilize the pre-programmed Scene Mode to quickly apply the desired color / screen angle set, designed to deliver optimum color and image quality for specific job types.

Xanté's "customer-first" philosophy
The free availability of iQueue is exemplary of the company's "customer-first" philosophy. The time that Xanté support staff spends on phone calls with customers is wholly dependent on their needs. Staff is known, in fact, to take time to educate customers in technical areas outside of Xanté's area of responsibility, but within the staff's expertise and knowledge set. With this atypical support and products priced very practically, the free availability of iQueue does not surprise.
