Press release from the issuing company

Loveland, Ohio - The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership announces that it has certified the twentieth SGP Printer, T-Formation of Midway, FL. The SGP Partnership began certifying printers just 19 months ago, and has already reached a major milestone in the program.

T-Formation is the first Florida-based printer, and the first apparel printer, to become certified by the SGP Partnership. The company is a leading apparel screen print and embroidery facility with over 130 employees. Since 1987, T-Formation has helped hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, universities, and small local businesses put their best foot forward and make a great lasting impression. In 2009 T-Formation was ranked the #8 screen printer by volume by the industry trade publication Impressions Magazine in their annual TOP 100 Survey.

T-Formation joins a growing group of certified SGP Printers including: Fineline Printing Group, Indianapolis, IN; Pictura Graphics, Minneapolis, MN; Pratt Corporation, Indianapolis, IN; The John Roberts Company, Minneapolis, MN; Monroe Litho, Rochester NY; Derby City Litho, Louisville, KY; Meisel, Carrollton, TX; Portland Color, Portland, ME; Global Packaging, Oaks, PA; C&H Packaging, Merrill WI; Consolidated Printing, Chicago IL; Minuteman Press, Lawrence KS; Alcom, Harleysville PA; Modernistic, Stillwater MN; Jet, Bolingbrook and Downers Grove IL locations; Robbie, Lenexa KS; Coating Excellence International, Wrightstown WI; and Greenerprinter, Berkeley, CA. More than 50 SGP Applicants are currently working through the certification process.

Printing facilities located in the United States and Canada are eligible to apply for certification with the SGP Partnership. To become a certified SGP Printer, a facility must demonstrate conformance with criteria that require a holistic approach to sustainability and must pass an onsite audit. Certified printers are assigned a certification number and logo for use on their printed products to indicate it was "Printed by a SGP Printer."
