ANRO to Sponsor Clean Air Council’s 5K Run and Earth Day Celebration

Press release from the issuing company

ANRO Inc. is pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring the Clean Air Council’s 29th Annual 5K Run for Clean Air on April 17 in Philadelphia.

Throughout their 57-year history, West Chester-based ANRO has always maintained strong ties to the community through involvement in local events and donations to a wide variety of charities. The company is especially excited to be a part of this event because it gives them a chance to educate people about the positive impact that printing and direct mail have on the environment.

“Printing has gotten a bad reputation over the past several years,” says Susan Larson, ANRO’s Director of Corporate Marketing. “Often times, people perceive paper and print as having a harmful effect on the environment. But with all of the sustainable paper and ink options available today, print is not the environmental ‘bad guy’ that it was once thought to be.”

In addition to promoting sustainable printing, ANRO will also showcase their new wide format capabilities at the run by printing the Start & Finish banner as well as several other signs throughout the event.

ANRO recently expanded their production capabilities to include banners, posters, signs, trade show graphics, window and floor graphics, and variety of other wide format applications.
