Grove City, Ohio - Kern, a global leader in high-speed, end-to-end production mail solutions will announce a new partnership with Mail-Gard, at the 2010 National Postal Forum to provide print-to-mail disaster recovery services.  Mail-Gard is the leading provider of print and mail recovery solutions in North America.

To prepare Kern customers for unknown disasters and outages, Print-to-Mail Continuity and Disaster Recovery services provide insurance in the event that Print and Mail production centers are unable to deliver their customer communications on time.

"Mail-Gard is excited to partner with Kern to offer their customers the truly valuable service of keeping their critical communications flowing if unforeseen events have caused a halt to their normal operations," said Jerry Montella, Vice President of Mail-Gard.  "Recovery solutions is a natural extension to Kern's dedicated to their client's success.

Kern U.S.A Sr. VP/C.O.O. Todd Russell said about Kern's partnership with Mail-Gard, "Kern's commitment to customer success is the foundation of our relationships with our customers and offering DR services through Mail-Gard further extends this commitment.  Without a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Program, organizations business continuity plans are incomplete.  This partnership gives our customers an easy option for Disaster Recovery that is a part of our service maintenance agreements."
