Nationwide Graphics acquires Premier Graphics' assets

Press release from the issuing company

Houston, Texas – Houston-based company Nationwide Graphics has recently acquired the assets of Premier Graphics, formerly known as Master Graphics.

A forward-thinking industry leader, Nationwide Graphics has strategically acquired assets of the following Premier Graphics divisions spread throughout the nation: The Argus Press, The Jones Company, Sutherland Printing, Saint Clair Press, and McQuiddy Classic.

"Our long-term familiarity with Premier Graphics' facilities, their management teams, and their customers has been beneficial in our decision-making process. I've always enjoyed working with their employees, and look forward to our success," said Nationwide Graphics' CEO, Carl Norton.

Several managerial members of the Premier Graphics divisions have expressed their gratitude for the new direction of the organization. Sutherland's president, David Sutherland, was positive about the move. "Premier Graphics has had a questionable history, even when it was Master Graphics. Carl Norton and Jerry Hyde are remarkable businessmen, and I'm happy with and support the decision."

Similar sentiments were shared by Dale Ford, president of The Jones Company. "I've known the COO, Jeff Glover, for some time now, and it's comforting to know that he's helping move us in the right direction. That, coupled with the experience Nationwide has, ensures our prosperity."

With the assimilation of assets, Nationwide Graphics will be able to streamline its company's stance as a provider of turnkey solutions that start with marketing concepts and initiatives, and end with printed materials.
