Swiss manufacturer Digital Information takes yet another step ahead in supporting the widest array of color measurement systems in the market via their InkZone Move solution, by now completing the full integration with X-Rite's newest measurement technology, the EasyTrax. This complete system, as well as all of Digital Information's solutions, will be on display at Ipex, NEC Birmingham UK, May 18 – 25, 2010, at Stand 11-C239.

Whether the goal is faster makeready, printing to G7 or PSO requirements, or simply to improve pressroom productivity, a system incorporating the X-Rite EasyTrax along with InkZone Move can help get you there. The fast, automated EasyTrax is a breeze to set up, and measures in both scanning and spot modes for use anywhere on a press sheet. With laser alignment, press operators are assured of quality measuring results, and with X Rite's spectral accuracy, users can have confidence in their EasyTrax measurements as displayed in InkZone Move.

Fast and elegant: X-Rite's new EasyTrax.
"Digital Information now has every in-market measurement system covered" said Kevin Caughtry of Compose System (Europe) Ltd, a Digital Information reseller in the UK. Even older densitometers and spectros can plug in to a truly unified InkZone interface, and thereby bring the potential for closed-loop color control to most any model of offset press via InkZone Loop.

After all, this is what Digital Information does best – integrate disparate measurement solutions, workflows, and printing presses from any era or manufacturer, into a smooth-running, advanced color-control solution that is united.

At Ipex, Digital Information encourages visitors to come to Stand 11-C239 and see how their pressroom efficiency can be improved with a minimal investment and maximum financial return. Regardless of the press model, measurement technology or prepress workflow that is in place, Digital Information will demonstrate at Ipex several solutions to improve productivity, quality and profitability: From the innovative InkZone Perfect solution, for ink-key presetting driven by prepress CTP data, to InkZone Loop, for digitally-driven ink control of new and legacy offset presses from most any supplier.
