The nine integrated systems encompassed by DIGILINE Web, DIGILINE Sheet and DIGILINE Single Product are based on Atlantic Zeiser's three world-class families of printing engines. These systems will be demonstrated at IPEX, giving customers a first-hand look into the future of industrial printing. Systems also include Atlantic Zeiser VERICAM, a modern camera-based component used for security printing. High-level counterfeit prevention is incorporated via different processes embedded into the product DNA via microstructure profiles of the print substrate. Under this concept, Atlantic Zeiser also integrates components for product monitoring and offers a solution for the grey market problem. Finally, new controller and software modules guarantee seamless integration of the industrial printing system into the overall industrial production process, including ERP systems.
