As part of the agreement, Four Pees will manage international distribution of CtrlPublishing’s  CtrlChanges, CtrlCrossTalk, CtrlCrossTalkID and CtrlLayers products.  
Why CtrlPublishing?

CtrlPublishing offers collaboration and workflow efficiency tools for small workgroups such as advertising agencies and inhouse production departments. The CtrlPublishing product range gives small workgroups the most important functions found in full-blown editorial systems, but at a fraction of the cost.  
CtrlChanges is a plug-in enabling Adobe InDesign and Adobe InCopy users to view  what has been changed in an InDesign document. CtrlChanges tracks all text changes in a document as it is being revised, and displays added or deleted text in the layout view.  

CtrlLayers is a plug-in for InDesign users who need expanded use of layers. Just as InDesign users import color swatches from an InDesign document, CtrlLayers gives its users the ability to import layers from other InDesign documents.  
CtrlCrossTalk is a plug-in for Adobe InCopy that enables users to use InCopy “the way they expect it to work in the first place,” says Bengt Erson, product manager in the CtrlPrint sales division of CtrlPublishing. He explains, “Open the INDD file, convert to CrossTalk, edit any text, and save and close - just the way it ought to be.” CtrlCrossTalk allows users to bypass the assignments and Check-In/Check-Out process by unlocking all the stories in the document.

CtrlCrossTalkID is a plug-in that enables InDesign users to manage the CrossTalk workflow. CtrlCrossTalkID makes collaboration between InDesign and InCopy users transparent.
