New Client Services Manager at e-LYNXX

CHAMBERSBURG, PA – Raymond Traugott of Washington, D. C., has been named client services manager at e-LYNXX Corporation.

"Ray's role as an American Print Management client services manager is to actively manage and cultivate relationships with print buying clients nationwide," said Maxine Gindlesperger, chief administrative officer of e-LYNXX.  "He provides our growing client base with strategic direction and guidance on qualifying suppliers and preparing budgets and job specifications, as well as training and monitoring of the production process." 

Traugott's client services career in the print industry spans 17 years.  He has been a digital imaging specialist at the National Gallery of Art, a sales service representative at DigiLink Inc., a print production coordinator at The World Bank and a team leader at World Color.  Pre-press and printing for high-end color requirements are areas in which he has developed expertise.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic arts management at Old Dominion University.
