Zevrix BatchOutput Server for InDesign at 50% off on maczot

Press release from the issuing company

Toronto, ON, Canada - Zevrix Solutions offers BatchOutput Server, its output workflow automation solution for InDesign, at 50% off on maczot on March 9th only. Originally developed for a major publisher in the United States, the software automates InDesign output by processing files from hotfolders. BatchOutput Server offloads printing and exporting to PDF and PostScript to a central system leaving operator workstations free from the output process.

Under BatchOutput Server workflow, production artists and prepress operators simply submit files to hotfolders that reside on the network. BatchOutput Server automatically outputs the files from its dedicated station using hotfolder settings, and will auto-activate document fonts as well. Operator workstations will never again be tied up by the output process.

Major BatchOutput Server features and benefits include:

- Process InDesign files from hotfolders
- Use a single set of output settings for entire workgroup
- Font auto-activation
- Export files as single pages
- Update modified links automatically
- Variable output file names
- Customizable e-mail notifications of process stages and errors
- Monitor BatchOutput Server from user stations
- Detailed logs
