Press release from the issuing company

Lexington/Louisville, KY - Robert "Bobby" G. Clark CEO of The Clark Group (Headquartered in Lexington, KY) announced today that John H. Clark IV of Louisville has joined The Clark Group as a board member and a principal stockholder.

John Clark was the founder and CEO of Louisville-based Midland Communications Packaging, Inc., a manufacturer of custom presentation packaging servicing the graphic communication industry for 27 years.

In addition, Bobby Clark and John Clark have co-founded Clark Legacies, LLC, as an exclusive imprint of The Clark Group to design and publish what the graphic communications industry calls "complicated" books or coffee table books.

"We call them 'legacy' books because they 'Celebrate the Spirit of People, Places or Things,'" John Clark said.  "These are books published to memorialize special events in people's lives or an organization's life such as a milestone anniversary, history or the preservation of a unique value system for generations to come."

These "legacy" projects could involve a multi-media mix of a printed book, MP3 podcast, e-books (Kindle, etc.) or a combination of filmmaking, video, CD, DVD and other digital formats.  Clark Legacies will manage production and publish in what ever graphic form the client needs to capture the spirit of an "event." Legacy projects will be taken from concept development, manuscript writing and editing through complete print production, film making or other media mix and then to market through distribution channels i.e. local independent book stores or various national networks such as Amazon.com,  Barnes & Noble ,Wal-Mart, Kroger stores, etc.

Bobby Clark said, "We are thrilled that John has joined our team to help expand The Clark Group's vision as Kentucky's premier publisher of Kentucky authors and Kentucky-related genre.  He shares our goalof celebrating Kentucky by educating the public about our Commonwealth and by honoring the people and events that make it a wonderful place to live and play."
