Heidelberg to present color management for profit at GOA

Press release from the issuing company

Kennesaw, Ga - Heidelberg Color Specialist Chuck Koehler will lead a seminar entitled, "Print Color Management for Profit" at the Graphics of the Americas trade show in Miami later this month. This bonus session is for show attendees wondering how to increase profits in a down economy, or looking for ways to reduce makeready time, save labor and cut material costs-without investing in new technology. Scheduled to take place on Thursday, Feb. 25 at 1 PM (English) and Friday, Feb. 26 at 8:30 AM (Spanish) in room C124, Koehler's presentation will discuss:
-  Why a properly calibrated press and prepress workflow is the key to dramatically reducing makeready waste and boosting profitability; and
-  How each of these objectives is tied to a company's ability to work accurately, consistently and predictably to clearly defined standards.

Koehler will demonstrate how to enhance the effectiveness of the production workflow and raise all-around shop efficiency and competitiveness by optimizing system components, standardizing production and processes, and implementing appropriate training. Whether the goal is a specific customer requirement, multi-site color matching concerns or G7 Master Printer Qualification, this session will help guide you to achieve your objectives.
