MindFireInc integrates QR codes with HP SmartStream workflow

Press release from the issuing company

Irvine CA - MindFireInc, the worldwide leader in personalized cross media marketing technology and services, is showcasing its latest development of QR code technology at the fifth annual conference, held Feb. 18-20, 2010, at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas, Texas.

Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative) is the independent community of HP Indigo owners and operators who are focused on supporting each other to collectively improve their print businesses and the backbone technology of HP Indigo's digital solutions. With numerous Clients in the forefront of digital printing industry, MindFireInc is a founding member of Dscoop and Platinum Partner of this year's conference.

"A significant portion of our revenue growth last year is directly attributed to having MindFire's integrated marketing technology and support for our customers. MindFireInc is changing the way we prospect for new customers," said Susan Moore, co-founder and president of Digital Printing & Imaging Inc, and Dscoop chairwoman.

With this new integration with MindFireInc's software, HP Indigo users and operators are enabled to generate and print personalized two-dimensional barcodes that can act as a response mechanism in multi-channel marketing campaigns, without leaving HP's SmartStream environment.

A QR (Quick Response) code is a matrix code (or two-dimensional bar code) widely used in Japan and Europe as a common response channel. QR codes can be scanned by different types of barcode readers that can easily be found online and installed for free on various mobile smart phones.

MindFireInc is showcasing this technology during DScoop5 at their booth #711 with a real-life campaign utilizing personalized URLs, Intelligent Mail barcodes, customized landing pages, mobile text messages as well as QR codes.

In addition, MindFireInc's EVP of Sale, Joe Manos is presenting in two educational sessions:
•    The Top 10 Ways to Grow Your Business in 2010: Strategies to better follow through with opportunities and build more profit.
•    The Power of Personalization: A Solution for PSP's growth in 2010: An in-depth review of 670 successful cross-media marketing campaigns.
