Herndon, VA - Bigeye Direct, Inc. today announced that it will merge with Advanced Mailing Services to provide first-class data processing, printing, and mailing services to companies across the area. The joint venture will retain the Bigeye Direct, Inc. name and relocate to 32,000 square feet of newly-renovated office and production space in Herndon, Virginia. Mark Karl will serve as CEO, Damon Smith as President, and Mike Calder as COO.

"This merger was really about providing superior service to our customers," said Mark Karl, CEO of Bigeye Direct. "The new Bigeye Direct will provide the most advanced and responsive direct mail production services in the region." The new company offers over 50 years of combined experience in data processing, personalization, and letter shop operations. Nearly all employees from the two companies have been transitioned to the new venture, resulting in little to no disruption in operations.
