Printcafe Introduces New Add-on Module for Web Based Fulfillment

Press release from the issuing company

GRAPH EXPO, Chicago, IL - Printcafe Software, Inc, the operating system for print, announced PrinterSite Fulfillment, a new add-on module from the PrinterSite product family, will be entering the Beta test phase prior to general release and was recently being demonstrated at Graph Expo. PrinterSite Fulfillment, integrated to PSI and Logic SQL, enables printers to offer a value-added, web-based fulfillment service to their customers. Printcafe's integrated fulfillment solutions are now available to users of the Hagen, PSI and Logic SQL print management systems. PrinterSite Fulfillment is a storefront catalog site, which gives printers control of the web interface and how products are merchandised and displayed. This easy to use solution provides printers with the opportunity to offer their customers the online ordering of printed goods and services, and strengthen existing relationships. Products that appear in the PrinterSite Fulfillment online order catalog are automatically populated from the finished goods inventory module in a printer's PSI or Logic SQL print management system. Orders flow directly from the website to the print management system, speeding data processing, eliminating data entry errors and reducing the turnaround of billing. In addition, the web site offers integrated credit card processing, shipment tracking and status reporting from the Logic and PSI systems, providing a complete system that can be tailored and customized to the needs of each customer. "We believe that offering fulfillment as a value-added service is a tremendous revenue opportunity for printers," said Marc Olin, CEO. "The PrinterSite Fulfillment solution, together with our existing web based Hagen fulfillment module, will be available for our entire range of customers, from small printers all the way up to the largest web shops."
