This is a part of a full Technique management information suite being implemented, which also includes Scheduling, Inventory, Estimating, and Order Management. The solution provides real time feedback to Segerdahl's management of all aspects of press performance including speed, operation codes, job costing, web breaks, splices, mill joins, paper yield and performance. All information is instantly available for analysis and all status changes are immediately communicated plant wide to planners and CSR's enabling them to make timelier and better informed decisions.
