Cincinnati, Ohio - Patrick Callahan, a 34-year print industry veteran, has joined xpedx as director of service for large format presses.  He oversees all Ryobi large format press service in the United States and Canada.

Callahan will be based at the xpedx Technology Center in metro Cincinnati.  "When it comes to service, we want printers to know we're here as their partner," said Callahan.  "We offer factory-trained support and expertise so they get the most out of their press investment, plus lifetime service."

Callahan most recently worked as a regional service manager for Komori America in Chicago and, before that, was the director of operations at a large printing company in the Northeast.  He also has extensive prepress, press and post-press operations experience.  Callahan reports to Don Coggswell, national sales manager for large format presses.
