2010 InterTech Technology Awards entry deadline announced

Press release from the issuing company

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Printing Industries of America is seeking entries for the 2010 InterTech Technology Awards. These awards recognize new and innovative technologies deemed likely to have a major impact on the graphic communications industry.

Organizations that have an innovative technology that could impact the future of the printing industry are encouraged to submit an application to Printing Industries of America by the early entry deadline of March 31 or by the final June 1 deadline.

These awards have become solid indicators of the top innovations in the industry for 31 years. In that time, more than 240 recipients from around the world have received this coveted award for their ground-breaking technologies - the majority of which have gone on to experience commercial success in the marketplace.

An independent panel of judges reviews the submissions. Since the InterTech Technology Awards recognize technologies already in use, although not in widespread use, three testimonial letters from customers must accompany each application.

Recipients of the selected technologies will receive a custom-designed award - the highly acclaimed InterTech star - along with publicity in a popular magazine supplement, news articles, press releases, presentations, and a webinar. The 2010 recipients will be announced at the end of July, and the awards will be formally presented on October 10 at the Premier Print Awards and InterTech Technology Awards Gala, held in conjunction with GRAPH EXPO.
