Tuesday, December 08, 2009

Press release from the issuing company

WAUCONDA, IL – Fidelitone Logistics, an industry leader in 3PL and supply chain performance, has acquired Premier Printing and Packaging, a Mundelein, IL-based company specializing in cost-effective packaging solutions. This acquisition will increase Fidelitone's service offerings and competencies in secondary packaging, primarily targeting solutions for market leading manufacturers.

"Fidelitone Logistics is always looking for new opportunities to present cost-savings and value-added services for our clients," said Fidelitone Logistics President Josh Johnson. "The acquisition of Premier Printing and Packaging will accomplish just that – a new opportunity to deliver reduced costs and improved reliability for our clients' secondary packaging needs, while offering state-of-the-art distribution services to Premier's valued clients. Fidelitone is executing our strategic growth plans to meet our corporate goals, while adding services that result in world class supply chain solutions to support our customers' needs."

Although financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, Fidelitone and Premier's partnership is projected to generate double digit revenue growth in new verticals. Fidelitone completed two acquisitions in 2008 of WinWell Companies and Dedicated Logistics; with the results of those acquisitions enhancing Fidelitone's service offerings and national distribution network for continued growth.

All employees of Premier Printing and Packaging will be retained by Fidelitone including former owner and President, PJ Nuzzo.

"The acquisition by Fidelitone combines Premier's industry expertise and competitive pricing with the resources and vision of an innovative and dynamic third-party logistics provider," said PJ Nuzzo. "The results and deliverables for Premier's client base will be unrivaled."
